The past week we've gone to a LOT of museums. Everyone has been great. I've had my zoo pass, and it is free days at the Art Institute time so we've gone to: MSI, Art Institute Chicago (finally), the Field, and the Sears Tower. We had friends in (who are amazing) and it was a lot of fun. We walked all over downtown with A in on my chest. As always, she got "how cute" and "how old is she" in spades. The MSI (got to see Dr. Seuss and the Christmas Trees one last time for the season) and the Art Institute were our favorites, while the Field and the Sears Tower weren't really worth it in any of our opinions. We are now working full swing into moving mode. It looks like Chris will start in NC February 1, so we are headed there. It is awesome that we have such a good place to end up. We found a place to stay, now to figure out what to do about our place here in IL.
Congratulations to Chris on the new job. Glad you had time to do the Chicago museums at least one more time.
